1What information do I need to provide when I first contact you?
To start with, we'll only need your name, address and contact telephone number. We'll ask you a few questions as well, so that we understand what you're looking for. Then, we'll make an appointment to visit your home, carry out an in-depth survey of your needs and give you a quotation. We can give you a ballpark quote over the phone, but if we haven't visited your home and it's not as described when we arrive, we reserve the right to amend the quoted price.
2How do I know your cleaners are trustworthy?
At Puremaison, we check all references thoroughly and carefully, and carry out a Disclosures Barring Check (DBS) which allows us to check for previous criminal convictions through the national police database. If you would like to know more about the DBS check please visit https://www.gov.uk/government/organisations/disclosure-and-barring-service
3How much does your service cost?
Each quote is tailored to your home and how you use it and because we offer additional services, no quote will be the same. However, where possible we will provide you with a written quote detailing what has been discussed. This can be accepted as is, or amended until it is right for you, your home and your budget. There is no obligation and no pressure.

For regular cleans, we ask clients pay either by standing order directly to our banks or to complete a Recurring Transaction Authority which complies with the HSBC card processing procedure. Cheque and cash payments are usually not accepted.
6How often will you visit?

8Can I provide my own products?
We issue our cleaners with everything they need to complete your clean to the highest standards, and there's no need to use any of your equipment or products unless they're very specialist. We use fresh cleaning materials on every visit, so there's absolutely no risk of cross contamination between clients. Our vacuum cleaners are stripped down weekly, and the filters cleaned and replaced often. If you would like us to use your products, you'll will need to comply with the same Health and Safety and Duty of Care Standards required of us by law and you will need to provide the correct MSDS data sheet and appropriate training to our team which needs to be documented and signed for. We specifically ask our teams not to use your equipment as by law this must be regularly checked and tested to ensure their safety. Our equipment fulfils this requirement. Any insurance or damage claims relating to the use or your products and equipment cannot be supported by Puremaison and must be addressed with your insurers directly.
